Internal Brachytherapy: Radioactive seeds or implants are placed directly inside or near the cancer.

Radioisotope Therapy: Radioactive liquid is swallowed or injected into the blood to target cancer cells.

Fractions: Total radiation is split into smaller daily doses, usually given 5 days a week for several weeks. Each session lasts 15 to 45 minutes, with the actual radiation delivery taking only a few minutes.
